There are many different places and ways to get answers to your questions. Believe it or not, “self-help” usually solves things better and more quickly than tickets or posting on forums.

Please keep in mind that there are many different elements to the Community Network(s), and many participants, so please try to keep things concise and to the point, but also provide enough info so that we can understand what you need. - 3rd-Party Theme or Plugin – while access tp direct support is not always possible, info from the developer is usually the best. Over time we’re building article content about various themes and plugins using content from the developers and/or linking to them. User guide instructions are often a little thin on the WordPress.org repository,
but Support Threads for the plugins in question are the places to start looking for answers.
